A tale of love

The sand on the seashore, sits like a snow white.
Waiting for her prince charming to come and hug her tight.
Waving at her, with his arms wide open there comes her knight,
Embracing her, he tenderly whispers in her ears, I will be back love, take care, alright.

As he retreats, he takes her with him.
Towards him, remains fixed her gaze
Towards her, is always his race
Ah!! what a tale of love,
They meet, they depart, but they reign each others heart.

When I was a kid, most of my evenings used to be on the seashore, watching the sun melting like an icecream into the blue waters.I used to wonder, how slowly the water ate into the sun, just like the water splashed on the ember.Then when it was dusk, I used to run back home and, it was during one of this sprinting back home sessions I figured out, that I was not alone.There was somebody, following me.The moon.I thought he did that only to me, and never told any of my friends about it.I thought, it was our secret.It was such a good time, you were never alone.
